Kylie is a warm and non-judgmental Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about helping everyone reach their full potential. She enjoys working with people of all ages in a supportive and empowering way to assist them in improving their health and well-being.
With over 20 years of experience as a Primary School Teacher and as the mother of two children with food intolerances, Kylie understands the challenges of fostering healthy eating habits in children. In 2021, her dedication to paediatric nutrition was recognised with the Laureate Professor Clare Collins Excellence in Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics Prize.
Believing it’s never too late to make positive changes, Kylie takes a holistic approach to health. She’s passionate about helping you Eat Well, Live Well and Be Well. Her practical experience and empathetic approach make her an ideal partner in your journey towards better health.

Margaret Artist is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who has been delivering high-quality dietary advice for over 12 years on the Central Coast. She genuinely cares about each patient's health and considers everything else going on in their life. She has a particular interest in chronic health conditions such as diabetes and heart disease, gastrointestinal disorders, pre-pregnancy preparation, child health, multiple sclerosis and aged care.

Telehealth consults (phone or video) are available for those who want more flexibility with attending appointments, have difficulty coming to the clinic due to mobility / travel issues or for inter and intrastate clients.

Balanced Bites Dietitians work with GPs to help you Eat Well, Live Well, and Be Well. While we are not a bulk billing practice, our clinic accepts GP referrals with Enhanced Primary Care Plans (EPC), offering eligible patients a Medicare rebate for dietetic services to help make expert nutritional guidance more accessible and affordable.
Our dietitians are also registered providers for the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA).
Private health funds provide rebates on dietitian services for some patients. Please call your provider to check what your policy covers. Receipts provided by Balanced Bites Dietitians can be used to claim rebates for those with dietitian cover in their policy.
